As the General Manager of Algodon Mansion, Mr. Coll Benegas’ responsibilities include the overall management of all hotel operations, the development and monitoring of finances, maintaining teamwork and quality standards, and the management of customer relations and human resources. Mr. Coll Benegas has also served as the Executive Managing Director of Algodon Wine Estates since its inception. He was responsible for the implementation of tourism and the championship Club facilities including the hotel, the tennis courts and the golf course. He has worked closely in designing Algodon Wine Estates’ entire real estate development and winery. As Director of Business Development for DPEC Partners, he also works on all group projects in Argentina. His previous experience includes the participation in the development of the exclusive resort, Spring Creek Lodge in Patagonia and the assessor at the opening of Lares de Chacras Hotel Boutique in Mendoza. He founded the Institute of Gastronomy in Mendoza, at Tapiz winery, and is also a member of the executive committee of Tourism Bodegas de Argentina, where he collaborated in the development of Argentina’s wine routes, earning major awards in France with his projects. After obtaining a degree in Culinary Arts in the Institute Lycee, Mr. Coll Benegas moved to California to continue his studies in food and beverages. He graduated from the New Schools of Cooking and from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. He then had the privilege of working at major restaurants and hotels in Los Angeles. Mr. Coll Benegas has collaborated in the development and positioning of major wineries such as Bodega Trivento with Banfi Italy in the markets of Argentina, United States, and Latin America. The hotel chain Shangri-la and Landis Taipei, among other companies in Asia, engaged advisory services including work in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. A proud descendant of a traditional family of winemakers, Mr. Coll Benegas has the pleasure of owning a large collection of Argentinian wines. In his spare time, he enjoys quality family time at their ranch, reading and painting. His great hobbies are horseback riding, fly fishing, and skiing.

Mr. Soriano worked and trained in Paris for four years with such French culinary legends as Alain Senderens (3* Michelin); Dominique Bouchet (2* Michelin); Phillipe Legendre (3* Michelin); and Didier Piateck (1* Michelin). While in Paris, he was trained in the InterContinental Group's "work method", and managed the opening of the hot kitchen at the 4-star Holiday Inn at Disneyland Resort. His advanced experience in the culinary world includes time spent as Commis de Cuisine and Chef de Partie at both the Concorde Lafayette and the renowned Hotel du Crillon of the Concorde Hotels Group, as well as Commis at the George V Four Seasons Paris Hotel. Mr. Soriano received his higher education at Paris' prestigious "Le Cordon Bleu" culinary school, obtaining their maximum diploma, "Le Grand Diplôme". Before his stay in Paris, he obtained his diploma from ESH in Buenos Aires, and studied under renowned chefs Martin Carreras, Beatriz Chomnalez and Dario Gualtieri. As a French native who spent half of his life growing up in Buenos Aires, French culture, gastronomy, and wine has always played an important role in his life both personally and professionally. Before joining us, he also led the F&B department at Prodeo Hotels, developing their concept and creating new culinary styles.

Ms. Beebe serves as the Director of Marketing and plays an integral role in the positioning and growth of DPEC Partners and its subsidiary companies. Her expertise includes branding, public relations, creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, and collaboration with senior management on strategic planning. With regard to brand development, Ms. Beebe is responsible for monitoring the competitive landscape as well as developing and executing strategies to further market opportunities. She oversees PR, advertising, events, website development, and internal and external communications and collateral. Ms. Beebe received a B.S. in Marketing & International Business, with a Spanish minor, from the Pennsylvania State University.

As the Sales Executive for Algodon Mansion, Ms. Rotondaro’s responsibilities include client relations, media and public relations, internal business strategies and management, and identifying new markets and business opportunities. Her past experience involves managment positions at the prestigious Alvear Palace Hotel, including having served as Tour & Travel Account Manager in charge of communications with national operators and travel agencies. Ms. Rotondaro also served as Corporate Account Manager where she had the opportunity to establish close ties with multinational companies, promote hotel sales, and organize marketing and loyalty campaigns. She began her career as an assistant to the Marketing Director, where her skills were utilized throughout the hotel’s administrative department. Ms. Rotondaro considers herself an outgoing and dedicated business person with a creative personality, and one who appreciates the challenges of working in a busy environment.
