This luxury boutique hotel’s restaurant L’Argentine, will be serving a French and Argentine fusion menu created by celebrity chef Tomas Kalika. Designed to highlight seasonal ingredients, many of which are grown at the hotel’s nearby Mendozan farm and vineyard, the menu centers on hearty fare including pampas grass-fed rib eye steak and local lamb noisettes en croute with figs confit and criollo pumpkin reduction. Lusty estate-grown malbec and bonarda wines make the ideal accompaniments to this exceptional south-of-the-equator experience.
